FIFA 11 BEST UNIQUE Glitch

I was modifying a team, when suddenly a player, who I like to call FIFA 11 STIG appeared and modified all the team, making the players disappear and changing the team's overall. After this, I tried to play,but every time I tried to the game got frozen and had to re- boot my X- Box. It din't left me save my pro changes, nor games against other teams, NOR ACHIEVEMENTS OR PROGRESS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If it happens to you, to solve it, just switch to the original formation.
