A good pre-game routine is crucial for a good football game. Unfortunately, many players do not know what to do, or they neglect to develop a good routine.

Both mentally and physically pre-game rituals are needed to help you play your best. Here are some of the tips and tactics for coaches to use our technical to keep fit for soccer boarding school students over:

Pre-game preparation begins the day before aGame. You must pre-game meal high in starch, including pasta, rice, potatoes and bread. If you eat meat, go with lean protein like turkey or chicken instead of red meat.
Avoid fried food for a match.
