Soccer Training - for fitness and skills
"Better skills and better fitness"
Complete football training covers the key areas to develop a strong player.
If you have great stamina, but bad on the ball, you will not be as successful footballer as it could be you.
Also able to control the ball with ease, and not to do in the situation and of the field, you really enjoy this wonderful game occur.
So there are 2 spaces for workingyour football exercises:
Ball skills (technology)
Football Fitness
# 1 ball skills!
Even when the technology. Slick moves and precision ball bearing replacement is the mark of an experienced and skilled player. To achieve this level, there are some skills you need to work on improving your soccer game.
Ball - giving and receiving the ball.
Kick the ball.
Passing the ball.
Dribbling - with the ball in motion.
Heading the ball.
Throwing the ball.
The fight against the enemy (no, not like American Football).
There are many ways to improve your game skills. Each strategy has its advantages:
Repetition
Practice a movement repeatedly, until you safe.
It quickly becomes automatic.
Look and Learn
Watch other players reached more frequently you can see what others can do. Then decide whichThey want to learn and do.
Watch Football Soccer DVDs or videos
Watching football DVDs or videos, you can visualize what others do. You will not only be able to learn how to do it. But also how to defend against them. Additionally, you can repeat as much as you want!
Visualization
Close your eyes and see you play itself, a certain movement or a given. Really focus on that. I have used this tactic more than once. It works.
One dayI was looking for a championship game cooked in a tournament. I was in the basement at home, focusing on two goals I wanted to score in the game. All I could see what I was, I scored the two goals. When I came on the field that day a friend of mine approached me. We talked a bit and go if he wanted he looked at me and said very matter of fact, "you look like you have a few in your day." We won the game 5-2 and I had 2 goals. Each with a foot! Just as I hadvisualized.
Football # 2 Fitness!
Physical fitness is another very important part of football training. No matter what position you play, will get a lot of runs. Apart from the goalkeeper. But the keeper should also fit.
Strikers, midfielders and defenders are all needed to run the length of the field many times during a football match. Most professional football players run 4 to 8 miles (6-12 kilometers) during a game.
Hereare the main areas you should cover your soccer fitness training:
Speed & Agility
Continuous improvement in these areas maneuvering your opponent.
Flexibility and warming up
You can use all the speed and moves in the world. If your muscles are not ready for the torture and you make are heated through, can lead to injuries.
Strength & muscle
Build your lungs are good. Combine that with strength trainingFootball and create a winning combination.
Combine these two areas of the football training and you'll beat your opponent every time you want.
